Signed-in deletion tools
If you can sign in, go to your account page and use the data deletion controls. You can delete your submitted data while keeping your account, or delete your account and submitted data together.
What can be deleted
Account deletion removes your account profile and signs you out. Submitted data deletion removes user content tied to your account, including recipe submissions, community recipes, reviews, dish photos, community stories, community posts, saved collections, content reports you submitted, and achievement records.
What may be retained
We may retain limited records when needed for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, moderation history, or backup integrity. Official archive recipes and historical editorial content are part of the America's Melting Pot archive and are not deleted as user account data unless they are tied to your personal submission.
Email request option
If you cannot sign in or need help with a specific deletion request, email contact@americasmeltingpot.com from the email address on your account. Include the display name or account email you used and whether you want account deletion, submitted data deletion, or removal of specific content.
We aim to review deletion requests within 30 days. Some backup, security, or legal records may be retained for a limited period when required.
